Workouts and Classes

We love group fitness sessions and don't mind teaching to our max of 20 or as little as 1.

Every session is like having a PT guide you, pull you up on technique, give you tips and push you.

Our club has THE MOST perfect blend of workouts. We literally cover them all.

They're all on the timetable at different days and times as well as we rotate everything every 3 months so we can get a varied week and never bored...

Check below for what our classes actually are and how we plan them...

LES MILLS STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT is progressive strength training, meaning each workout focuses on a specific training protocol for building strength over the 12 workouts. This ranges from Foundational Strength, to Hypertrophy, to Pure Strength, while the structure and feel is very different to BODYPUMP.

Consider it bridging the gap between using a main gym area and group fitness.

We are currently the only club in the South west with this program.

Les Mills Core... during this workout, trained Instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. Plus there are some hip, butt and lower back exercises too.

Les Mills Tone is our ultimate cross training class!

It's cardio, strength, core AND glutes as well as stretch.

it targets balancing, high and low impact cardio.

And this one has LOADS of options for everyone!

A great program to get started on too.

Les Mills Sprint or RPM

Sprint is HIIT on a bike.

RPM is more endurance based.

Both have a role to play in low impact - high cardio training.

Les Mills GRIT is our most athletic and high cardio workout in the lcub.

a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout program that consists of three separate classes: Strength, Athletic, and Cardio. Each 30-minute session focuses on different fitness objectives, so you can attend the one that best aligns with your goals.

Metapwr is our ultimate circuit workout!

If you're new - this is one you might want to consider starting on as it's easy to navigate and gives us a great sense of what you are great at and what might need work.

Plus the workouts are less than 30 minutes!

Old school ABT but with a more modern twist - low impact, pilates inspired with some stretch and mobility in return

METCON is our take on a PT developed workout in the big gym equipment setting.

We use sleds, bars, dumbbells, ropes, etc - to push the heart rate up a little for that cardio but focus on going a little heavier for some strength.

This class is mainly in the afternoon sessions.
